Washington: Reality TV star Kim Kardashian will be meeting United States President Donald Trump on Wednesday to free Alice Marie Johnson, a 62-year-old woman who is serving a life sentence without parole for a nonviolent drug offense.
Kim will be joined by her attorney, Shawn Holley, for the meeting with Trump, reported TMZ.
Johnson is serving a life sentence at the Aliceville Correctional Facility in Alabama.
Kim and Holley have been working with Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump and Senior Advisor to the US President Jared Kushner for months to free Alice.
Although Kim was a Hillary Clinton supporter, Trump has been roped into the matter following Ivanka’s support.
Johnson ‘s case came into limelight last year when Kim tweeted about it.
