Kodandaram says KCR demolished all systems, Sure of alliance victory

Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) president M.Kodandaram has said that he had founded the party to achieve social change in the state. Unless the political system changed, it was not possible to find a solution to the problems being faced by the people. He said that the idea behind formation of the political party germinated when he was working as the chairman of the Telangana State Joint Action Committee (TSJAC).

He made these remarks at a ‘Meet the Press’ program held in the city on Monday. He claimed that the TJS had emerged as a strong opponent to the ruling party due to the presence of several Intellectuals. “Our party’s goal is very clear. We want to end the feudal rule of Chief Minister KCR in the state. We are confident of achieving it in the Assembly elections.” He also said that achieving separate Telangana was not the only goal and bringing in social change is their goal.

Speaking further, Kodandaram said that during the past four years of KCR regime, all the systems have collapsed. He said KCR’s was a feudal and dictatorial rule. KCR thinks purchasing MLAs with the money got from the projects was politics. He said that KCR should explain to the people what he had sone for them during the last four years. He said the Praja Kootami is sure to get power after the elections. He felt that there was need for entry of new age leaders, who crave for the public service, in to politics. He said that he was confident of the victory of his party candidates in the state. The TJS has village level committees with all sections.
