Koena Mitra mocked Owaisi; here’s what she tweets

MUMBAI: Model-turned-actress Koena Mitra, who belongs to the right wing, has slammed AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi saying that he is the biggest liar, who plays victims card at his convenience.

Owaisi on Sunday took to his Twitter to condemn the incident of Muslim man, who was allegedly lynched by a merciless mob on suspicion of theft in Saraikela Kharsawanand district in Jharkhand.

Owaisi tweeted, “This is the pattern with almost all lynchings. First, a Muslim is murdered by cow lovers. Then the most ridiculous excuses begin: a ‘suspicion’ of beef possession, theft, smuggling & love jihad So much for sabka vishwas when we can be killed over mere ‘suspicions’.”

Koena, who claims herself to be an angry nationalist, mocked the Hyderabad parliamentarian saying, he is known for his convenient politics.

Taking to her official twitter handle, retweeted his post and wrote, “Biggest Liar. A parliamentarian yet hates Vande Mataram. Hindu girls are abducted, forcefully converted, killed, by his people but he remains silent. Comes out of his den to play victims card at his convenience. Ask akbaruddin about lynchings, he wanted to kill all Hindus.”

A 24-year-old man named Tabrez Ansari succumbed to his injuries died four days after allegedly beaten up mercilessly by a mob for hours before being handed over to the police.

Tabrez’s family, however, alleged that the attack was communal and that he was made to chant ‘Jai Shree Ram’ and ‘Jai Hanuman’.
