KTR accuses Chandrababu of copying T schemes

Hyderabad: TRS supremo K Chandrashekhar Rao has achieved Telangana State with just two MP seats and would get adequate funds from the Centre if they win 16 Lok Sabha seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls, its working president KT Rama Rao has said.

Speaking at an election meeting at Wanaparthy under the Nagarkurnool parliamentary constituency, KTR lashed out at AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for copying Telangana schemes. Though Naidu said that agriculture was waste, he now copied our schemes in the name of “Pasupu and Kumkuma” program. The State government will double Asara pensions in the State from April or May and will reduce the pension age limit to 57 years from the existing 65 years, he said. “This will help another eight lakh people to get pensions. All other States were following our schemes. We have set up 45 Gurukul institutions in the constituency and as many as 15,927 people were getting benefited from KCR Kits, including those of the Congress. We are giving financial help through Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak and other schemes”, he added.

KTR also said the TRS government was offering Arogyasri benefit to 50,000 people in Nagarkurnool segment alone. He said the main Opposition Congress party was not able to digest the projects completion and coming in the way of growth. All lakes and water bodies in the segment are brimming with abundant waters and those migrated are returning to old Palamur district, he claimed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done nothing for our state and we have to win 16 MP seats to get all funds. Modi has denied funds and national status to the state he charged. Though 15 PMs ruled the country they ignored the plight of the farmers, KTR alleged. NDA will not come to power as it may hardly get 150 to 160 seats in the future polls. Those in the power at the Centre are getting more railway projects and denying other States.
