KTR vows to resolve land disputes; Another regularization in LB Nagar soon

Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao today said he would take immediate steps to resolve the issues pertaining to lands disputes and give another chance of regularization in LB Nagar. He also vowed to construct double bedroom housing facility for the poor if the lands have clear titles.

During ensuing Assembly session the land issues will be settled, he said after holding a review meeting with officials, leaders of several colonies of the constituency here. MP B Rammohan, MLA R Krishnaiah, Mayor Bonthu Rammohan, Principal Secretary Revenue Rajeswhar Tiwari and local corporators were present.
On the occasion, the minister remarked that the government was committed for providing all facilities and give away clear titles to the lands. “For this we need cooperation from local leaders, officials and people as part of development”, he said. He also instructed the officials to construct a sports complex in 3200 sq yards in the government land in Green Park Colony. “Besides focusing on the key issues in the segment, we are here to provide another chance for regularization of buildings and lands”, KTR said.

As part of it, the officials will consider to regularize lands in S Nos 44 and 45 in Mansurabad, 17 acres ceiling lands, structures registration in 2007 and press colony, Vambay colonies through fresh applications and regularise afresh under GO numbers 58 and 59. He also informed that the officials will make field visits and get clarity on the related issues to complete the process of regularisation. Permissions and NOCs will be given to the lands, including freedom fighter in Janardhan Reddy colony in Hasthinapuram, avoid intervention in the disputes related to lakes FTL and conservation zones.

The government will take steps to resolve the land dispute of 71 survey number in Saheb Nagar near Vanasthalipuarm, he said. A meeting in this regard will soon be conducted and Deputy Chief Minister Mahamood Ali and officials will be present, KTR said. (NSS)
