Minister for NRI Affairs K. Taraka Ramarao has directed the General Administration (NRI) Department regarding the death of five persons from Nirmal, Kamareddy and Nizamabad districts of Telangana State, who died in Fire Accident in Abu Dhabi.
One immigrant from Kamareddy late Pitla Naresh has been identified and the mortal remains were transported to India on January 11 this year. However, the remaining four dead bodies where charred beyond reorganization and had to be identified with DNA tests of their immediate relatives of the deceased.
The Government of Telangana vigorously perused the matter with the Indian Embassy, Abu Dhabi to facilitate immediate necessary travel of the relatives of the deceased to Abu Dhabi for DNA tests to identify the four dead bodies in the Morgue at Abu Dhabi, so that their mortal remains can be brought back at the earliest. In the meanwhile, the Government directed collectors of Nizamabad and Nirmal Districts to prepare the passports of the four relatives of the deceased apart from two family members as accompanying escorts. Necessary arrangements have been made to facilitate the travel of the following 6 members duly arranging their visas and air travel tickets.

Necessary facilitation for transit night halt at Government Guest house for the above 6 members is made to ensure their departure from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad on March 21, 2017 by flight Number of EY-276 Ethihad Airways to Abu Dhabi.
The Officials of the Indian Embassy have received and performed the DNA Tests and identified the dead bodies and transporting from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad two dead bodies i.e., Late Sri Thota Rakesh, Chimrajpelly (Village), Nandipet (Mandal), Nizamabad District and Late Sri Gandla Abhilash, Ponkal (Village), Mamidala (Mandal), Nirmal Districts are transported on 06-04-2017 at 06:20 am by flight No. 9W 549 and the Government of Telangana State have arranged free ambulance from Airport to their respective native places for last rituals and remaining two dead bodies of Late Naresh Muchindla, Sarangapur (Village & Mandal), Nirmal District, and late Prakash Malavath, Sathanapalle (village), Khanapur (Mandal), Nirmal District have also identified and transporting from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad reached on April 7 at 06:20 am by flight No. 9W 549 and arranging free ambulance from airport to their respective native places.
