IT Minister KT Rama Rao, who has got the name for extending help through social media, has proved himself to have great heart. This time he extended help to a tiny girl of Andhra Pradesh for eye related operation.
The IT Minister is noted for providing immediate help to the people seeking medical expenses help through twitter. A lot of people on twitter, and social media are vying for praising the gesture of KTR extending help through CM Relief Fund through CMO for surgeries and other major ailments. The Minister, of course, was getting accolades on social media for spontaneous response to the people seeking help towards health problems or others.
On Saturday, a person from Andhra Pradesh, who could not afford for the eye operation of a tiny and beautiful girl, has appealed to the minister through a twitter. He sought the Minister to give a letter to LV Prasad Eye Hospital for conducting eye treatment. Since there was no chance in Andhra Pradesh and Arogyasri was not available in Telangana and not able to meet personally, the man chose twitter to urge the minister.
Spontaneously KTR re-tweeted saying that the tiny girl was so beautiful and offered to provide help for her eye operation. “Our officials from the CMO will make arrangements for the eye operation either at LV Prasad Eye Institute or Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital”, the Minister promised. With this, a large number of netizens took to social media praising KTR for his great heart. Though the ailing girl was from Andhra Pradesh, the minister readily providing needed succor, they praised. (NSS)
