Kuntia warns party men not to cross party line

Hyderabad: AICC Telangana party affairs incharge RC Kuntia on Monday asked party senior leaders not to cross the party line as it would be viewed seriously by the party leadership. He also asked them to lodge their complaints and grievances either with him or to AICC secretaries or TPCC president. He said he would look into the complaints and take action against the responsible persons.

Commenting on the raging controversy involving party’s AICC leader Koppula Raju, Kuntia made it clear that Raju never interfered with the issues of the Telangana State. He said all the decisions related to the State were the collective decisions taken by the party’s State leadership led by him. He said that he, AICC secretaries and the TPCC president were involved in the decision-making process.

Kuntia also warned the party leaders from talking to media persons directly and criticizing them publicly. He said such acts would be termed as violation of the code of conduct of the party. Kuntia’s remarks assumed importance after the recent rant and allegations of former Union minister Renuka Chowdary against some party leaders. She also levelled allegations against the party’s AICC leader Koppula Raju without taking his name.
