Hyderabad: A Govt. official of Osmania Medical College was suspended for cheating people by issuing cheques which were bounced.
The principal of the college, Dr. Aruna Ramaiah informed that Abbas Husain, Lab Attender of Osmania Medical College has been suspended in a fraud case. The principal informed that this action was taken after getting remand certificate from the Superintendent of Chanchalguda Jail and Dabeerpura Police Station.
According to the details of the case, Mr. Meer Hadi Ali who was the victim of the fraud had made a complaint to the principal, Osmania Medical College that Abbas Husain and his wife Shahnaz Fatima usurped lakhs of rupees in an organized manner and cheated them. The cheques issued by them were bounced. They also informed that Abbas Husain was in jail from 18th to 25th October last year.
