Hyderabad: On the tip off, Rachakond Police arrested an accused who is an associate of late Gangster Nayeem on Saturday at Erragadda. The accused is identified as Gali Prathap Reddy aging 72 years resident of Prem Nagar, Erragadda. The accused reportedly grabbed the land about 68,27 gts by creating a forged document and sold off.
On the complainant of Om Prakash a GPA holder of owner Ranamma wife of Raghunath Reddy stated that Gangstar Nayeem and his associates grabbed the land about 68.27 gts by creating a GPA document with forged signature of Raghunathreddy. Basing on the complainant a case was registered by Bhongir Zone police under Rachakonda Commissionerate.
M. Surendar, Inspector of Police, Bhongir Town said, “The accused was apprehended at his home situated in Erragadda, Hyderabad. He was taken into custody, after the interrogation, he confessed that he is guilty for the offence. The accused will be produced before the court soon.”
The accused after developing a friendship with Ranghunath Reddy came to know about his total property and with the planning to grab the land. He created GPA document with forged signature of Raghunathreddy on his name in the year 2003.
Later, he approached to Nayeem associates and sold off the property on the name of his associate of 11 members in the year 2003. Later the same property was sold to other people in 2016. Basing on the complaint the accused have been nabbed by the police.
