Lata Haya’s inspirational poetry on politics and corruption

Popular Hindi-Urdu poetess Lata Haya beautifully recites a poem based on current social issues; such as corruption, dowry and politics. Haya says that she had penned down the poem in 1993 and since then the situation has not changed.

Her poem talks about a nightingale, that flew from the jungle to the city, and all she could see was riots and bloodshed. It is when she made her way back to its dwelling place.
