Lemon Creme Brulee


30 Gram Honey

125 Ml Fresh cream

4 Nos Egg yolk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

125 Ml Skimmed milk

1 Nos Lemon juice

Pinch of salt


Warm the milk and cream together.

Add egg yolk, honey and lemon juice and stir continuously.

Bake it in the oven on a double broiler for 180 C for 20-25 minutes

Serve chilled.
