Hyderabad: AICC Telangana incharge RC Kuntia on Friday congratulated the newly elected MPs of the State. He said the people of the State have taught a befitting lesson to CM KCR and expressed their anger against his “dictatorial attitude”. He said his party had performed well in the Lok Sabha elections.
In a statement here, Kuntia said the Congress was getting stronger with each passing day in the State. He said the people have not only confined CM KCR-led TRS party to a single digit, but also warned him of facing similar defeats if he didn’t listen to their aspirations. He said the Congress gave a tough fight to its rivals in eight constituencies and lost two seats by thin majority. He also said the Congress workers and leaders spared no efforts for victory of the party.
