Malpractice during undergraduate exam in Hyderabad: Principal arrested

Hyderabad: White Collar Offence Team of Hyderabad Central Crime Station arrested Principal of a college in Hyderabad. She reportedly allowed 104 students belonging to other examination centres to write exams in her college. This malpractice took place during the undergraduate supplementary examination which was held in the months of September and October last year.

According to the report published in Telangana Today, Principal of RK Degree College, G. Swarnalatha was arrested on Wednesday.

Earlier, Prof. Kumar Molugaram, Controller of Examination, OU lodged a complaint.

As per the police, during the investigation, it was found that she and other persons had permitted students belonging to different centres to write exams in the college. She was arrested and later sent to judicial custody.
