New Delhi: The political meetings of West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress Chief Mamata Banerjee are giving sleepless nights to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah. Mamata Banerjee, who is on a 3-day visit to Delhi to forge non-BJP grand alliance for 2019 general elections, has also met UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi at latter’s residence and discussed the prevailing situation.
It must be noted that before meeting Sonia Gandhi, Mamata also met Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Rawat, NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Samajwadi party opposition leader Prof. Ram Gopal Yadav, TDP members of parliament, RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Misa Bharti and DMK leader Kanimozhi.
Besides Mamata Banerjee has also met TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter Kavitha. Reports are also that Mamata is striving for non-BJP, non-Congress third front.
