Mes demands a relaxation of affiliation rules: Asif Pasha

Hyderabad: A meeting of the All India Muslim Education Society was held under the chairmanship of its President, Mr.Asif Pasha yesterday at Aligarh Club, Basheerbagh. Various issues concerning educational institutions of the Muslims were discussed.

Mr M.S.Farooq, General Secretary of the association suggested that a representation should be made to the govt for relaxing the rules of affiliation of Muslim Educational Institutions.

Dr.Yousuf Azam told that private educational institutions are helping the Govt., in providing educations. The Govt.should, therefore, relax certain conditions of affiliation and should give concession for producing fire and traffic arrangements.

It was decided to invite Mr.Jagadishwara Reddy, Minister of Education, Govt. of T.S in the next meeting of the association scheduled to be held on 24 March.

The management of private institutions will also be invited.

Mr Asif Pasha announced the new committee which consists of Mr Raheemuddin Ansari, Dr Yousuf Azam, Mr S.A Huda., Mr Zafar Javeed(vice president), Mr Nayeemullah Shareef, Mr Abdullah Baig, Mr Saleem Pasha, Mr M.A. Mateen(joint secretary).

The following are the members of the executive committee: Mr Mohammed Mushtaq Ali, Mr Ahmed Basheeruddin Farooqi, Mr.Muneeruddin Alwi, Dr Shaik Siyadath Ali, Mr.Sajid Rabbani, Dr.Iqbal Mohiuddin, Ms Husna Pasha, Ms Nayyar Fozan, Ms Mohsina Mubeen.
