MIM, BJP jolted by Yatin Oza’s claim

Both MIM and BJP are reacting strongly following revelation of Shah-Owaisi secret pact. Leaders of both the parties have rebuffed Yatin Oza’s claim. Declaring Yatin Oza’s claim as baseless MIM chief has even warned of legal action while BJP spokesman Bharat Pande has slammed Oza for his silence so far. He declared Yatin Oza as untrustworthy.

Yatin Oza who had contested against Narendra Modi on Congress ticket from Mani Nagar assembly constituency has released a written letter claiming that the BJP President and AIMIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi had tacit understanding.

Yatin Oza who has joined Aam Aadmi Party had been BJP MLA twice before 2002. The former MLA of Sabarmati assembly constituency, while quitting BJP had alleged that BJP just raises the slogan of Hindutva but fails to implement it. With this allegation he had left BJP and joined Congress and contested against Modi. Later on the persuasion of Narendra Modi he again joined BJP and remained in BJP until recently. He had close association with Narendra Modi during his chief ministership in Gujarat. He was also BJP President Shah’s lawyer in the Sohrabuddin encounter case. When CBI had called Amit Shah for interrogation in Sohrabuddin case, Mr. Oza also accompanied him.

BJP has become jittery over Oza’s claims. While the BJP is trying to prove its old friend and MLA as unreliable, MIM, while ignoring Oza’s character, is busy targeting Congress BJP and Aam Aadmi Party to clean its image.
