Minister assures all help to Gopalmitras

Hyderabad: The State government will extend all help to Gopalamitras, who are serving the animals in the State, Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today said.

Speaking at a training program for Gopalamitras in Medak district today along with MLA Padma Devender Reddy and others, Talasani said Gopalamitras will improve skills through the camp. He expressed confidence that the Gopalamitras will sure serve better after the training. He also said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was offering them a honorary salary Rs 8,500 per month. He said the Chief Minister has taken steps to strengthen the Animal Husbandry wings and providing funds to increase facilities in Veterinary hospitals like never before in the State. The minister reminded that KCR has been implementing several schemes for animal health, protection and increase potential of farmers.

The Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Bhima are the best schemes in the country. These schemes are now been being emulated by other States and also the Centre, the minister claimed. He appealed to Gopalamitras to serve better and reach government target. The government will support them, he added.
