Modi, KCR emulating Tughlaq, hampering development: Congress

Hyderabad: Congress National Official Spokesperson Ranadeep Singh Surjewala has alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao were following the path of Tughlaq resulting in breaks in development.

Surjewala, who came here to participate in the State Congress Mandal and Block level representatives training camp here on Saturday, spoke to the media. He said that Modi and KCR have become brothers and were settling their own works by keeping the development aside. Modi failed to tell as to how much black money he brought back from foreign countries. As to what Modi new as common people faced troubles due to demonetization of votes? he asked. Surjewala alleged that KCR was doing family rule in the state and constructing Pragathi Bhavan, Secretariat by keeping the people aside. He called upon Congress party activists to get ready to wage movement against KCR. (NSS)
