Modi launched many programs with Ambedkar inspiration

Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman said with the inspiration of Indian Constitution architect Dr B R Ambedkar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has initiated several welfare schemes in the country.

The BJP leaders celebrated Ambedkar Mahanirvan Divas and garlanded his statue at Tankbund. Later they participated in Ambedkar Jayanti program at Indiranagar and Vidyanagar in Musheerabad area. He was addressing the gathering after inauguration of a blood donation camp at Bhimrao basti. He said it was Congress party, which had defeated Ambedkar when he contested election.

Laxman said during Congress the regime, over 18,000 villages lacked minimum basic facility of electricity. But Narendra Modi has provided electricity to 15,000 villages, he said.

Former Union minister Bandaru Dattatraya, MLAs Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, BJP State general secretary Chinta Sambamurthy, SC Morcha State president Vimuala Ashok, Hyderabad city general secretary Dr N Goutham Rao and SC morcha city president Chandrasekhar and others attended the program. (NSS)
