In a video shared by a user on social networking site Twitter, PM Modi asks people about the development of India in the past 60 years during Congress rule.
Ironically, the current Minister of External Affairs of the ruling BJP, Sushma Swaraj answers PM Modi about the development in the previous six decades in a separate addressal.
Swaraj mentions IITs, IIMs and other institutes that were established in the past and gave this country engineers, scientists, doctors and the other professionals during the rule of other governments.
