Moving ahead on Bangaru Telangana path: CM

Stating that the youngest State of Telangana is treading fast on to achieve its target of Bangaru Telangana, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today asserted that unwavering efforts are on for all round development and inclusive growth.
The Chief Minister, who is on cloud nine for getting tremendous response from people on the new scheme of Rythu Bandhu, has announced from the echelons of Parade Grounds that “Kanti Velugu” program will be launched from August 15. This Kanti Velugu and Rs 5 lakh insurance to farmers, he said, will prove handy for providing better health services to the patients of eye related ailments by conducting operation and giving away goggles.

After paying rich floral tributes at Martyrs’ Memorial opposite Assembly building complex along with MP Keshav Rao, KCR drove straight to the Parade Grounds and took salute from the police contingents after hoisting triolour.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion of fourth anniversary of Telangana State Formation, KCR stated that his focus was on for welfare and development to pave way for Golden Telangana and launched several schemes and stood number one many spheres. “The entire nation was looking in pride at our state for achieving number one status in ease of doing business, economic growth, solar power production, law and order and several others”.

He also portrayed a “Rosy picture” to the state of Telangana as the impetus is still lies on the sectors that strengthen the state economy and bring better fortunes. Like no other state in the country, Telangana has introduced a unique scheme of Rythu Bandhu to provide Rs 8000 per acre to a farmer towards crop investment support, he said. This will boost the morale of the farming community to avoid getting loans and indulge in extreme steps of suicides.
However some vested interests are coming in the way of progress. The people should not believe in their malafied intentions to blame the government he said and added that the government will move ahead with its plan to develop and progress. He stressed the need for linking employment guarantee scheme with agriculture to protect the interests of the farmers, who should get MSP and develop gradually.

The Chief Minister said that he prefers to create wealth and distribute among the poor and needy through pensions. The combine state has ignored the development of Telangana and the TRS Government is now a surplus state and making rapid strides with about 21 per cent growth rate, he remarked.

He listed out schemes, flagship programs, irrigation projects, health, education and IT sectors and others which together flourishing the state with ample scope for providing unsurpassed services, facilities and infrastructure to the people in the state. He asserted that the poor will get double bedroom housing facility free of cost in the city and districts as the government is to complete the target to build about 2.60 lakh units including 1 lakh units in Hyderabad alone.
Irrigation projects which were deliberately ignored by the past regime, are now getting a great importance to bring under irrigation about 1 crore acres by completing the important projects KCR claimed. Shaadi Mubarak, Kalyana Lakshmi, Aasara pensions, pensions to old aged, widows, single woman and physically challenged are drawing money on time. (NSS)
