MP Kavitha invited to Speak at Conf of National Students’ Parliament, Kerala

Hyderabad: TRS Member of Lok Sabha from Nizamabad, K Kavitha, has been invited to address the delegates at the second Conference of the National Students’ Parliament, Kerala – 2019, scheduled to be held at Thiruvanantha puram (Kerala), from February 23 to 25, on the topic “Caste and its Discontents”, and to interact with an exemplary cross-section of some of the finest young minds of the country.

The Speaker of the Kerala Legislative Assembly, P Sreeramakrishnan, has extended the invitation to the TRS MP, in a letter addressed to her. He said that as a part of culmination of celebrations being organized to mark its Diamond Jubilee, the Kerala Legislative Assembly and the Department of Parliamentary Affairs of Kerala, along with technical assistance from MIT – World Peace University, Pune, is organizing a Festival on Democracy (FoD) that includes a number of national level conferences. The second such conference is being held from February 23, 2019.

Apart from a host of VIPs, around 2000 socially and politically active students in the age group of 18 to 30 years from various universities in India will participate in the Conference.
