Age Limit: 28 Years for UR Category. The upper age relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Laboratory Supervisor -> Master of Science (Post Graduate) in Chemistry (M.Sc.) or equivalent degree with specialization in any of Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Petroleum Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Chemistry, Applied Environmental Chemistry and (General) Chemistry.
Engineer (Fire) -> Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire/ Fire & Safety.
Executive (Finance) -> Graduate Degree with CA/ICWA or minimum two years MBA with specialization in Finance.
Executive (Internal Audit) -> Graduate Degree with CA/ICWA.
Selection Process: Written Test, Group Discussion/ Group Task and Personal Interview. The written test will be conducted at Mangalore, Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi and Kolkata only.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General/ OBC category (including non-creamy layer) has to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹ 750/-. Bank charges/Taxes, if any, has to be borne by the candidates. SC / ST / PWD/ Ex-Serviceman/ categories and regular employees of MRPL are exempted from payment of Application fee.
The fee should be made through Online Payment mode or e-challan at branches of SBI.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:
Manager (Medical Services) ->
(1) MBBS degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% marks for PWD category).
(2) Registration at State Medical Council or Medical Council of India.
(3) Certificate of training in Industrial Health of minimum three months duration recognized by the Karnataka State Government. However, candidates possessing a diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent shall not be required to possess the certificate of training as aforesaid.
(4) Candidates shall have minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager (Safety) ->
(1) Graduate Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate and Post Graduate (PG) Diploma in Industrial Safety (with minimum 60% marks) as per Factories Act 1948 and Karnataka Factories Rules 1969.
Candidates shall also fulfill the provisions as stipulated in the Factories Act 1948 and Rule 88A of the Karnataka Factories Rules 1969.
(2) Candidates shall have minimum 4 years of post-qualification Industrial experience in Supervisory capacity in the relevant field in Refinery/ Petrochemicals/ Continuous Process Industries.
Assistant Manager (Medical Services) ->
(1) MBBS degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50 % aggregate marks for SC category and PWD category).
(2) Registration at State Medical Council or Medical Council of India.
(3) Certificate of training in Industrial Health of minimum three months duration recognized by the Karnataka State Government. However, candidates possessing a diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent shall not be required to possess the certificate of training as aforesaid.
(4) Candidates shall have minimum 04 years of post-qualification work experience.
Selection Process: Written Test and Personal Interview

How to Apply: Eligible candidates should submit their application in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of all relevant certificates, photograph, application fee payment challan etc.
