Hyderabad: In the wake of General Elections of 2019, Maulana Arshad Madani of Jamiat-ul-Ulema made a fervent appeal to the Muslim community to exhibit its awakening.
He was addressing the meeting of the Executive Committee of Jamiat-ul-Uleema in New Delhi. He further told that the country is passing through a critical situation. Conspiracies are being hatched by a section of people to transform the country into a Hindu State. If we resort to negligence, the future historian will never forgive us.
He was addressing the meeting after getting elected President continuously for seven terms. He gave the details of the representations made to the Govt. on the issues pertaining to Babri Masjid, Citizenship in Assam, release of innocent Muslims and Kashmiri crisis.
He recalled that on every situation, Jamiat -ul – Ulema provided guidance to Muslim community. In the meeting, many proposals were finalized.
