Muslims should awake politically, country will witness golden age: Amer Ali Khan

Hyderabad: The need of the hour is to awaken political consciousness among the Muslims. If Muslims prove to be politically awake, the country will witness the golden age. Many Muslims are coming forward in the fields of education, industry and health. It is a welcome gesture.

These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily while addressing a gathering of Muslim Intellectuals Forum in Warangal at the residence of Dr. Anees Siddiqui, a retired principal.

Addressing the gathering of Muslims Intellectuals Forum, Mr. Amer Ali Khan appealed to the Muslims to select the best alternative to BJP. He further told that if the Muslims pool up Zakat Money and distribute it to the poor in an organized manner, it will result in financial development of the community.

Lamenting on the lack of morality among the Muslim community, he said that by our polite behaviors we can win the hearts of many people. He mentioned that many poor and deserving Muslims were given financial assistance from Millat Fund of Siasat Urdu Daily.

He mentioned that a proposal has been sent to the Govt. to develop wakf properties by instituting small industries.

Muslim Intellectuals Forum had organized this meeting which was presided over by Dr. Anees Siddiqui.
