He, however, wanted to know from the Chief Minister, who repeatedly said the Revenue, Municipal Administration and Panchayati Raj departments have become hub for corruption, Nagam asked whether there was no corruption in the Irrigation Department.

The former minister also wanted to know from KCR whether he did not indulge in corruption and amassed thousands of crores of rupees in the name of redesigning the irrigation projects in the State. He also asked the CM whether any of the tenders invited by the State government was transparent.
