New Delhi: The government of India has constituted district-wise Minority Welfare Committees for the monitoring of plans and schemes of various ministries. The committees will see whether the plans and schemes are reaching to the needy or not. This was informed by NCM Chairman Syed Ghayoorul Hasan Rizvi. He was speaking to the journalists after a meeting of the commission held at CGO complex in the national capital.
Mr Rizvi told that all the members belonging to various states presented the report to the commission. The commission took stock of the activities of the whole year. The performance during the year was found to be satisfactory.
