Nida Khan’s husband cannot plea further

Bareilly: Court has given a boost to Nida Khan the alleged halala victim. ACJM Court pronounced verdict in favour of Nida Khan and posted the next hearing on September 7. The alleged triple talaq and halala victim Nida Khan had filed a case against her husband and in-laws. The court was being heard by ACJM (fifth) Shubh Gupta. The court gave several opportunities to the accused but they didn’t file the objection instead they challenged the case against them. After giving repeated opportunities, the court ceased the opportunity to file an objection.

Meanwhile, Farhat Naqvi who is supporting the cause of talaq halala polygamy victims held a press conference.

Nida Khan had filed a case of harassment and domestic violence against her husband Sheeran Raza Khan who challenged the case against him and his family.

It must be recalled that Shahar Imam Mufti Khurshid Alam had issued a fatwa against Nida Khan for speaking against Islam.
