New Delhi: Honeypreet Insan, claimed ‘daughter’ of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, has asked the jail administration for reactivation of her bank account, as she is not able to hire any lawyer to defend her.
Honeypreet was accused of conspiring Dera Sacha Sauda chief’s escape and for invoking violence in Panchkula.
She has written to the Ambala Central jail administration that she has no money to pay a legal officer pleading her case, reported India Today.
She has said that the Panchkula SIT has filed the charge sheet in her case, whose hearing would start on December 7.
She has written that since her three bank accounts were seized by investigators, and she cannot withdraw any money.
