Now non-Saudi men wishing to marry Saudi women had to undergo premarital test

Riyadh: Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Naif, Deputy PM and Minister of Interior made it mandatory for non-Saudi men wishing to marry Saudi women to undergo a premarital drug test. Many have welcomed the decision of Crown Prince.

Speaking to the media, Kingdom’s doctors said that it is positive move and said it should be made mandaroty for Saudi men too.

Such step is taken by crown prince after many women approached courts for dissolution of their marriage as they don’t want to live with their addict husbands.

According to the report published in Saudi Gazette, Ahmed Al-Bo’ali, the imam of Al-Thani Mosque in Hofouf supported the requirement of premarital drug testing as it will reduce the number of failed marriages.
