Now, play YouTube’s HDR video on iPhone X

Washington: Until now, only Android devices were able to playback YouTube’s rich high dynamic range (HDR) video.

Starting with the iPhone X, we now have one of the first iOS devices to stream the newer format.

The feature essentially allows you to experience videos which have improved contrast, color and brightness, Engadget reported.

If you own the Apple iPhone X, you can head to the YouTube app and find a supported video with HDR quality. You can tap on it while it is playing to change the quality to 1080p60HDR.
