Bijnor: NSUI President of Bijnor, Mr. Uday Tyagi allegedly attempted to tear the flag of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) when saffron party workers were hoisting the party flag on the houses in Shri Ram Colony, Bijnor. The workers were putting the flags under “Mera Pariwar, BJP Pariwar” campaign
According to the report published in TOI, on Sunday, police arrested Mr. Tyagi after BJP leaders approached police and lodged complaint.
NSUI dist president Udit Tyagi was arrested after he protested putting up of party flag by BJP workers in Bijnor in UP. In the video which went viral on social media, a man can be seen stopping BJP workers from putting the party flag on the houses. He can be heard saying when all are expressing sorrow over Pulwama attack, BJP is busy in politics.
On the other hand, BJP leader, Mr. Neeraj Sharma alleged that the man stopped the party workers from putting flags on houses and tried to tear the flag.
