Hyderabad: In yet another tragic incident, an Omani husband pronounced “Talaq” to his Hyderabadi wife over the phone.
According to the news published in Telangana Today, a woman by name Ghousia Begum, a resident of Old City of Hyderabad who was married to an Omani national, Hamad in 2008 alleged that he had promised to give Rs. 10 lakh for the construction of her house in Hyderabad.
Instead of fulfilling his promise, he gave “Talaq” over the phone. Now, she is seeking help from Central Govt. for getting justice.
