Onion Seed Paratha

Ingredients:

100 gm maida

1 Tbsp desi ghee

Salt

4 tsp black onion seeds (kalonji)

Water

100 gm wheat flour

Butter

Method:

Knead a dough with wheat flour, maida, salt, black onion seeds, desi ghee and water.

Take small balls and roll to make paranthas.

Apply butter and cook on the tawa. Serve hot.
