Lucknow: Strongly reacting upon the statement that Ayatollah Sistani has given fatwa to pressurize Wasim Rizvi, Maulana Syed Kalb-e-Jawwad said that Shia’s stand with regard to the masjid is the same as the fatwa given by Ayatollah Sistani who has said that Waqf Board has no right to give Waqf property to others to construct their place of worship. We have already told that only masjid can be constructed on masjid land.
Shia Waqf Board chairman has opposed Ayatollah Sistani’s fatwa which makes it clear that he is a hypocrite, said Maulana Kalb-e-Jawwad.
It must be noted that Chairman Shia Waqf Board had said that ‘as I was pressured through Dawood, similarly I’m being pressurized through Ayatollah Sistani’.
Maulana lamented that the unscrupulous fellow is comparing Ayatollah Sistani with Dawood Ibrahim. He is doing such acts to prevent himself from arrest. Maulana said the person who does not accept the fatwa of top Shia cleric is not Shia.
