The Role
Deputy Manager – IT Audit

Our client is one of the largest Advisory businesses worldwide who is currently seeking candidates for the above role for their Risk Assurance services, which provides services that includes risk?based internal audit services (operational and IT audits), corporate governance advisory, enterprise risk management and better practices reviews.

Responsible for leading the effective planning and execution of IT audits in accordance with the risk based audit methodology. Assess risks, develop audit programs and execute testing in accordance with professional standards.
Key responsibilities:

Participate in planning, scoping and executing IT audits
Lead IT audit engagements or large sections of engagements.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the design and effectiveness of controls.
Determine technical and business impact of identified internal controls and provide suggestion for improvements.
Accountable for meeting deliverables, adhering to department and professional standards and utilizing consistent methodology.
Assist the team to provide advisory services when required.

Requirements
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Accounting or related discipline with 5-6 years of combined IT technical and audit experience with Big 4
Strong background in general and application IT control assessments
Strong technical auditing background and/or including experience with auditing a mainframe environment.
CISA certification required, CPA preferred
