Charterhouse is working exclusively with a diplomatic mission based in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Executive Assistant.
This is a varied role covering a wide variety of administrative tasks which will include but not be limited to; diary management, drafting and collating correspondence, arranging outside meetings and private functions, travel arrangements, day-to-day office management and the ability to translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa. The office is a small but busy operation which will regularly necessitate you working alone as many of the employees travel extensively, therefore this role will require someone who is a self-starter.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the UAE along with proven translation skills. As this role requires frequent contact with senior individuals, it is essential that you are well presented and an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
