Job Description:

Operations
Offer letter release and On-boarding
Handling End-End Recruitment
Payroll Management
Issuing Payslips timely
Exit process management
Attends to employees grievances and complaints, provides guidance if
necessary
Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial
working environment.
Organising events for effective work environment and for team building
Ex employment / Background verification process
Building and maintaining rapport with employees including head office and all braches
Schedule and setup resources and technology needed for meetings and events
Manage calendars, coordinate travel both domestic and international
Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, supporting in an office
Point of contact for all HR and Admin related issues
Make meeting arrangements and coordinate changes in meeting schedules
