We are looking for a Packing Development Executive having experience in packaging development of Topical dosage forms for Regulated and emerging Markets.
Job Description:
Development of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging material for Pharmaceutical products. Should have experience in package development of Semi solids, Liquid orals and solid oral dosage forms.
Lead a Team of Executives for Development of new packaging forms for the improved delivery & cost reduction.
Innovation of new packaging materials for Consumer products based on product & customer requirement.
Preparation of successful and accurate packaging control systems (Specs, STPs and BOM).
Identification & selection of new packaging material and machinery / technologies for productivity & delivery improvement the existing operations / processes in terms of efficiency & quality and thus meeting the business requirements.
Preparation of strategies for packaging development for timely delivery of all New Packaging initiatives / services as per customer requirement in full meeting all quality requirements.
Planning of packaging materials, checking the quality of packaging materials thus internal and external laboratories.
Conducting periodical reviews of packaging materials & processes to reduce packaging material costs & wastages.
Checking methods / process adopted for getting defect free packaging materials for new launches.
Preparation of packaging component Specifications.
Artwork development and co-ordinate for approval and issue of print proofs and shade card.
Packaging material monthly planning, Indenting, Coordinating with vendors and inventory monitoring.
Monitoring incoming packaging materials quality and generate the test report through internal and external labs.
Providing inputs in the product development stage on the technical feasibility.
Co-ordination with marketing, supply chain, finance, and processing for timely and error free launches.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION : Science graduation preferably an IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) Graduate with minimum 3 Years of relevant pharmaceutical industry.
