Job role: To provide tech support for inbound calls
Shift: US & AUS shift (9hrs rotational)
Weekly: 5 Working Days & 2 Days OFF (Rotational)
Job-Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
Annual-Package: 1.8L-3.8L + Incentives
Degree Criteria-
-Intermediate/Graduates in Non-tech or computer science/certified computer course/IT background/Diploma after 12th for 2+years allowed.
-Pursuing OR backlogs NOT ALLOWED.
Skills:
-Excellent speaking communication skills
-Willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
