Hyderabad: The officials of State Excise Dept. arrested a two member gang of interstate smugglers and seized opium worth Rs. 14 lakh from their possession.
Asst. Excise Superintendent, Mr. K. Pawan Kumar told that on receiving a tip, excise officials arrested Dasarat Anjana (32) and Ramesh Chander (42), residents of Rajasthan. One kg opium and 56 gram heroin was seized from their possession.
