Hyderabad: Mr. S M Lateef, Vice President of Genpact in an interview with Mr. Mubashiruddin Khurram, Senior Sub-Editor of Siasat told that if a candidate is proficient in three languages, he cannot afford to be unemployed. He further told that Genpact offers jobs to candidates according to their capabilities. The objective of the company is to promote leadership qualities among the younger generation.
Genpact is conducting recruitment drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, 4th August at Sana Garden, near Charminar to recruit candidates who are well proficient in Arabic, Urdu and English.
He mentioned that proficiency in any subject is very important but experience in using technology directly influences pay packages.
He told that call center culture started in India in 1990. Now, it is functioning in 35 languages. He stressed the need for the youths to be proficient in any language since usage of language is very important for the promotion of any product.
