Over 45000 acre Waqf land identified in Telangana

Hyderabad: The Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali told that survey of land has been completed successfully. The land survey was carried out after a gap of 70. Thanks to the special interest taken by the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, agriculture, Waqf, endowment, bhoodan and other lands were identified. He said the second phase of the land survey will begin soon in which survey of lands under litigation will be carried out.

Mohammed Mahmood Ali said that 45570 acre Waqf land has come into the record in the recent survey, while endowment land was found 74155 acres.

Appreciating the efforts made by the staff of the Revenue Department, in the purification of land records Deputy CM revealed that the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to pay one-month basic pay as an incentive to Revenue Staff who worked hard for its successful completion.
