Pak COAS bats for regional peace

Islamabad: Pakistan Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday said that all regional stakeholders needed to remove differences to ensure peace in the country.

While addressing the students of the Defence University of Islamabad, Bajwa said their country was making efforts to establish peace and stability in the region, reports Geo News.

Bajwa underlined the importance of following the laws and regulations, saying that to deal with Pakistan’s internal challenges, the rule of law was necessary.

He then urged the citizens to work in coordination with each other, irrespective of the caste and class differences.
