Pakistan worried over US, Israel, India nexus

Islamabad: Chairman of Pakistani Senate Raza Rabbani has described emerging nexus between the US, Israel and India as a major threat to the Muslim world. Rabbani told this while addressing 13th session of Parliamentary Union of Islamic Countries (PUIC) in Tehran.

Economic Times has quoted Rabbani as saying “There is a changing world scenario in which a nexus among the US, Israeli and India is emerging and the Ummah (Muslim world) needs unity to deal with this because today it is Pakistan and Iran tomorrow it can be any other country.”

Rabbani informed that Pakistan strongly opposed the US attempt to alter the legal and historical status of Al Quds (Jerusalem). He termed it as a blatant violation of international law and UN Security Council’s resolutions. Rabbani said Pakistan condemned the decision to derail Middle East Peace Process.

Rabbani admitted that even Pakistan had been effected by terrorism and it would continue to play active role in war against terrorism.
