Pay attention to teaching, learning of Arabic: Mr. Zahid Ali Khan

Hyderabad: Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, Mr. Zahid Ali Khan told that the solution of the problems of the Muslims is very easy provided the Muslims find it out in the Quran and Hadith. Throughout the world there is a craze for learning Urdu, Arabic and Persian. Non-Muslims are learning Arabic in the Middle East and Persian in Iran to excel in their professions. It is very easy to learn Arabic.

These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Zahid Ali Khan on the occasion of the release of the book by Dr. Ahmedullah Baig at the office of Siasat on 17th July. He assured that this book would be uploaded on Siasat’s Website so that English knowing people should learn Arabic. He pointed out that there are 18 translations of the Quran on the website of Siasat. He mentioned that the Arabs occupy half of the land and half of the sky but they are weak due to their mutual differences. In India, the same situation prevails among the Muslims. Although, the Muslims have the status of kingmakers but due to lack of unity, they are weak.

He advised the parents to teach Urdu and said that it is an international language. It should be protected as we do for our mothers.

Dr. Rashid Naseem Nadvi, Head of the Dept. of Arabic, EFLU told that there are many miracles of the Quran. One of them is that its words are protected since Allah (SWT) has guaranteed them.

He also said that with the passage of time, every language becomes classical but even after fourteen centuries there is no difference between classical and modern Arabic.

Dr. Wameez Ahmed Nadvi told that Dr. Ahmed-ullah Baig is the product of a prestigious university.

Dr. Ahmedullah Baig told that Arabic is the language of the king of kings. He further told that he has made an attempt to teach Arabic.

Mr. Shaukat Ali Khan, senior journalist welcomed the guests.
