Pistachios Besan Laddu

Ingredients

Gramflour (Chickpea flour) – 2 cups
Powdered Sugar -1 1/2 Cup
Clarified Butter/Ghee – 1 cup (200 grams)
Lukewarm Milk- 3 Tbsp
Almond – 15-20, powdered
Cashew nuts – 15-20, powdered
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Pistachios – Sliced, for garnish

Method:

– Take a round bottom pan and heat the ghee. Once heated, add the gram flour and keep stirring on low flame till it
changes it color.
– Now add 3 tbsp. of lukewarm milk, in order to add taste to the laddoo.
– Turn off the flame and mix the mixture well by adding almond and cashew nuts powder.
– Spread this mixture on a plate and keep it aside to cool down.
– Once cools down, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix everything well.
– Take out a small portion of the mixture and make medium size ladoo.
– Garnish each laddus with pistachios flakes and raisins.
– Besan Laddus are ready to be served.
