Hyderabad: Commissioner of Police Task Force Central Zone raided a private clinic at Gandhi Nagar and arrested a fake doctor.
According to the details, Gopash Bhadra alias Dr. G. Biswas (39), a native of West Bengal who passed only X class examination was running a private clinic without any medical degree.
After shifting to Chennai in 2011, he sought an employment with a BAMS doctor as his assistant. He gained some medical knowledge during this period.
Gopash Bhadra posed himself as Dr. Biswas and started Jyoti Clinic at Gandhi Nagar. He guaranteed cure for piles and other ailments. He was cheating the public.
Task Force Officials told that the said fake doctor was preparing Ayurvedic medicines and selling them in the market. Police arrested him and seized spurious medicines and pamphlets. He was handed over to Musheerabad Police for taking further action.
