Hyderabad: Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board announced that the written test for sub-inspectors and other posts would be held on Sunday 26th August from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. whereas the recruitment test for sub-Inspector (IT) will be held from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on 2nd September.
According to the press note issued by the board, it received 1, 88, 715 applications for the post of sub-inspector of Police whereas for the post of sub-inspector of police (IT), it received 13, 944 applications and for the post of sub-inspector (ITASI Finger Print Bureau), there are 7, 700 applicants. The large number of applications is for the post of police constables which is 4, 79, 166.
